I have 10 page Mobile App needs - First we will develop for IOS and then we will port to Android so Flutter/ Unity or some framework based development is important.
Phase 1 - Basic - hardcoded UI/UX - Demo release - 10 screens with my own Javascript (chatbot) integrated. Buyer Side - You will be able to do good enough UI/UX development and coding too. If you don't do both, don't bother to bid.
Phase 2 - Additional Development/ screens. Seller side functionality.
Phase 3 - Testing/ End to end/ Porting/ Bug Fixes/ App Exchange Push

Phase 1 is what we are talking about. 8 screens (5 of them static), Sixth one of them shows car catalog with filters (hardcoded cars), Seventh one will show one car (dummy which is shown in catalog) and that page will have a button which will launch my other code (JavaScript) you are not responsible for JavaScript.
Eight page may have basic code with form processing (take a pic and data and store locally).
