I have a webpage to which I want to add an interactive image. The image will have a background image that will stay stationary, and another image over the top which the webpage viewer can rotate with a mouse (on a computer) or finger (on a cell phone, iPad, etc.). I need only between 0-15° rotation. I think it will require someone writing, or modifying, some HTML code. The software to do this is license-free JavaScript software called Propeller.js.
