We have a Google Analytics UTM tagging tool that we need to update:

The new version will be deployed on the same Google sites URL and needs to have a top selector allowing selection between the current version and the new one to be developed.
The new version needs to have the following different from the current version:
- Campaign Medium dropdown comes below the URLs box with different options (to be provided). These are fed from a G-docs spreadsheet diff in the attached sheet
- Traffic Source comes to the right of Campaign Medium. The options for this should be depended on what’s been chosen for Campaign Medium
- Goal dropdown comes to the right of Traffic Source with the options to be provided
- New Portfolio dropdown should come below with options to be provided
- Campaign Details (new dropdown) to the right of Portfolio. This will load the UTM_content options to be provided
- Another row below for Campaign Name (remains an open text field)
- Network login – stays the same
