Adobe Animate Html5 Canvas (Onscroll /wheel event code)

Hi there, Im just creating an HTML5 animated canvas through Adobe Animate, Current code works good, but it has some mol function. Take a look - [login to view URL] When you scroll very first time, it works fine. Once we reach final screen and loop, It gets too fast for each time. So i need the code to play 10 frames on each scroll. Also need to stop the loop. So I need a better code or fix the current code.
