Make bootstrap Navbar menu fully responsive

1. I have a responsive menu at the attached “[url removed, login to view]”. When the cell phone sized screen menu is showing it doesn’t display the child menus properly. I need this fixed. In the future, more child menus added to what is currently in “[url removed, login to view]”.
2. If it is possible, I’d like the text (“Soulmate Predictor”) in the page’s <a class="navbar-brand"> tag to be responsive.

3. I need the “[url removed, login to view] “ menu items to have a grey background when hovered over....and a 1 pixel box drawn around them when selected. The attached “[url removed, login to view]” is an example of how I’d like the grey background and box to look like.
