We have the english text in Word and all files are HTML, some images will need to be edited in Photoshop.

Well, if the modules/plugin is totally based upon HTML/PHP/CSS, I can edit that, I mean if I have source files of it, then I can, but if it is CMS, that you have not mentioned, it's going to be tricky.
