Complete a responsive css mega menu on an existing project

i am designing a html web page template with a responsive css mega menu. i am stuck getting the mega menu to function properly so i want to outsource to someone to do this for me quickly bcos i am stuck.

I have been able to achieve the menu to an extent but it doesnt come out right on screens larger than a 15inch device and it isn't responsive too.
I need a designer that can make this perfect and working find.. responsively on all devices and screen resolutions.
