I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant 2 hours a day. It has to help me improving my business. I'll give him task daily from Skype or Hangouts. Some Examples of Tasks: - find some specific picture and post it into my blog - modify some parts of the blog ( CCS Wordpress only ) - Use my social media assistant software to charge some posts ( Postpickr ) - adjust the readability of the blog's post and adjust the seo score ( Yoast plugin ) - Create some simple images ( from Photoshop, Illustrator or similar ) - help my fix issues and managing Active Campaign Software as autoresponder and Marketing Automation. Requirements : - english speaking ( i'm Italian ) - good use of wordpress platform - basic knowledge of marketing ( very basics, i'll do marketing for myself ) - reliability - problem solving skills - adapting fast - be on time What i need daily: - Speaking from Skype or Hangouts or giving tasks from it ( i normally explain my self with screenshots and examples to copy or to do similar) - receive every day a summary ( better if from email ) of the tasks completed. in the first two days ( when we start work together ) i'll send you many similar tasks allready completed just to give you an idea. i wish to start with you ( if you are just as i want ) from the next week we will make an agreement for the month of December ( should be 10 working days remaining i think ) and then start from January in a normal flow. ** Notice ** i'll Answer back only to whom are reporting on the Subject of the Answer this text " I'll be Reliable" THE OTHER ANWERS WILL BE IGNORED. Also since i want to close the deal this days i'll honestly tell you that i'm checking one like You even in another sites and sending mail to some Agencies i know. So if you're interested send me a good OFFER otherwise avoid to answer me. I'm looking only for a long cooperation. The last one finished 'caused the freelance ( after 1 year and half ) changed the agency so i wanted to continue cooperate with i'm but now i can't. Since 2013 I've been doing virtual assistance and software testing (more SDLC models, agile frameworks, scrum; UI/UX, functional, usability, database and regression testing of database-driven web and desktop applications). I'm familiar with various online software tools like Office 365, SharePoint, Google Drive, Windows and Linux hosting, WordPress, Moodle, Bugzilla, TeamWorkPM, KanBanTool, Trello, social media. My desktop system is running Windows 10. I'm not yet familiar with some of the software you are using (SEO and social media tools), so at the beginning I'll ask you more questions than usually, but I don't charge my clients for my study time. U'm a visual person too, and I'm sending commented screen shots in order to illustrate issues or suggestions. Having a daily meeting is a very good idea. I'd prefer to have a fixed price contract with weekly milestone payments, starting with 55.5 USD per week (including Freelancer fees).
