We need a consultant to maintain/modify a couple of web sites that we have developed for clients. I am not a technical person and we do not have any formal system documentation. We need somebody who can review the existing code, make the changes we request, communicate technical issues in plain language and then develop documentation for us. Good written and verbal English skills are required. If desired, consultant could work full time for a few months, but 3-4 hours a day would be OK too. Technologies include: ASP.Net 3.5, SQL Server 2005, MySQL, IIS 6.0, Win2K3 Server Web Edition. Development Tools: [login to view URL] 2008, VSS6, MSTest, MSBuild, Firebug, YSlow, Fiddler, Firecookie, Firesizer, Photoshop, HTML Tidy Validator, CSS Tidy, Reflector, SQL Profiler, SQL Management Studio. 3rd Party Libraries (all in C#): iTextSharp and SharpPieces. Implementation: VB.NET, Webforms, MasterPages, Forms Authentication, CSS, JQuerry, zero Session, Application caching, XML Data files, and MS AJAX with reports. Background: Application was originally targeted for the 1.1 runtime. JQuerry is used to communicate to a HTTP endpoint via JSON. Application imports data from dBase and Excel files.
