Hel us solve javascript issue to enable us to use font-awesome checkboxes on multiple forms on a single page in our shopping cart. Problem is described in detail on stackoverflow ([login to view URL]). Font-awesome>Bootstrap checkboxes do not behave as standard format checkboxes over multiple forms on the same page.
