Website Company need to lead website launch

Please read! I have a team of coders already hired to build my website, they understand the vision but I am having a very hard time with my limited time to do QA and lead the project. This is what i am looking for 1) You will lead the project, you will have a full understanding of the scope of what we are doing and make sure that the company doing the project is doing very good work 2) you will be in charge of content and copy for the website 3( you will be in charge of making sure the website links and flow work and make sense, for example, you will get the main brief from me and will make sure that when one link it clicked it goes to the right place, if I'm not able to give you the place it should go you would use your experience and common sense to make sure it made sense. 4) You would be doing QA on all parts of the website. I would be checking with you every few days if not daily and you would be letting me know where we are and explaining why things are where they are. I am looking for someone who understands my vision and is able to get it live! Right now we are not in development, it's in HTML in design state so you can see it but only via a video, i will share so you would get a strong understanding about the project. Right now the main part is done which is the tool that allows users to edit a design item in real time - so you would be taking the lead from this point on ( NOT AS A CODER) as a leader for the website project.
