I need a new website with a user login and a backoffice admin. I need you to design and build it in PHP/MySQL. The concept - this is the raffle/competition site where the user enters the competition with a multiple choice question and wins a prize. When a user enters the competition they will be required to sign up and we will capture the name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address and other personal details. This information will be stored in a MySQL database securely along with the login username and password. To encourage the user to come back to site and enter more competitions we will email and text them notifications and updates on new competitions. For this reason within the login area they will need to accept notifications and have the ability to turn them on an off. Notifications are important password that website. The user login area will need to be quick clean and easy and simple to understand.. We will want a chat with us button for help and support.. As the user is paying to enter the competition/raffle they will need to be able to track/see the what they have spent and what competitions they have won/lost etc within the login area. Also in our back office admin area we will need to track all user activity to help us understand what the user is doing whilst visiting the web site. We have a document that we have laid down to make things a bit clearer. We can use this to aid the project developer. Please do not bid on the project without reading this above description.
