Dear Sir, Web Application is required for home owners, property manager/lettings agents to manage tradesman job requests. The clients and property managers will post the job requests within their area where the work is required to be done. The estimate is sent to the clients for the required job to be done and the clients will have a certain time limit to accept a certain estimate. After acceptance the booking is confirmed and engineer will be assigned for that job to be performed. The engineer will also login and will mark the completed jobs. After the job complete it becomes due for payment and client will pay for the completed job and the invoice will be emailed after successful payment.
