Shopify Expert Wanted for One Urgent Issue

Hello Sir I have 7 Years experience in Php , Mysql, Jquery, Javascript, Foundation Abide, codegniter, Wordpress, Drupal and Shopify etc. I have completed many sites in all framwork and cms. I have completed a shopify site for a company. So I have expert in too. U may check this. I could not get this project from freelance. I get it direct. I Know well. How can we change css or How can we configure the colors for header body etc. Shopify have a configured things for this in theme option. We can do it through edit html and css. we can make own assets or snippets and template to call in any page. And we can modify the layout too. I have modify the product and index page. and I have implement owl slider in it too. if you have any question then let me know. Thanks.
