Shopify editor (Must know to use liquid)

I am seeking a shopify editor who is knowledgeable in the program and who knows how to edit using shopify liquid editor.
I have a theme that was purchased and seeking adjustments. Most of the changes are cosmetic design changes and would need the photoshop designs to be converted into shopify's html coding. There's only 2 pages that is needed for this.
other changes are minor such as header and footer, slider, alignment, positioning and few functionality such as previous and next.
I have completed a task list for your overview and for a proper quote. Also psd photoshop files are provided as well as the purchased theme.
