RFP - Registration Site Re-Design

Mobile Tutors is seeking to re-design its registration site ([login to view URL] register/ ) to enhance the user experience on their website by updating the user registration process and email notifications. The current issues with the site include a confusing signup or login process and unreliable email delivery. Many clients have had issues using the current registration process. The current registration process is complicated for clients and it take a long time for new clients to sign up and login into the registration portal. Potential clients who sign up sometimes do not receive their temporary password reset link in their emails. Mobile Tutors is looking to hire an experienced web developer to re-design the registration site and fix any existing issues by implementing a new development solution that integrates properly with the WordPress framework, and which will be easier and faster to use. The new registration process will enhance the email server to allow for reliable email notification delivery to Mobile Tutors website users and administrators. Project Scope & Requirements WordPress Development  Develop an easy and fast registration process with the same or similar functionalities as the sign up or login process for the following websites: [login to view URL] (2-step sign up process) or LOGIN link: [login to view URL] or SIGN UP link (1-step process): [login to view URL]  Design and implement Facebook and Google Plus API login option similar to Chegg or [login to view URL]  Re-design layout of current Mobile Tutors registration form to make tutoring plans and pricing more visible. Mobile Tutors will provide updated registration form content  Develop and create two payment options (Pay Now or Pay later) on the registration form before submission: 1. Ability to accept credit card payments for tutoring fees from potential clients immediately after completing registration form. Credit payments will be processed via Stripe API or PayPal Payment Gateway. OR 2. Ability for clients to pay tutoring fees later, if they don’t want to pay tutoring fees at the time of registration  Responsive & Reliable Notification E-mail System: A copy of completed and submitted registration form should be sent to client and Mobile Tutors administrators for registration processing.  The new registration portal should have cross browser capabilities (Google chrome, Mozilla FireFox, internet explorer opera, safari etc) and mobile device (iPhone, iPad, Android etc) responsive compatibility.  Registration Portal of Website should be fully responsive, SEO and user friendly.
