Rebuild a website

I need to rebuild my website. current one is in php and is poor developed. i want it to be developed in wordpress. please note that i have a database. the structure is there. we need you to develop the wordpress with using our existing database. it can be done. dont tell me to create new database. budget: 250USD, time:15days Tasks: 2 UI design (brief flow chart provided) 3 User registration module, add, edit, delete.
