Rebuild travel/booking website

Part 1 Please understand frontend (user experience and beauty) and backend (to make sure the website works smoothly). This is a simple up to 20 page travel/hospitality booking apple/android app or Mobile website if possible that will grow on its own and collect a “promoter’s” contact information ( Full name, email, cell#, PayPal or form of payment) and assign them a registration number in order of registration from #1 to #10,000 (1st person and so on). Otherwise it will need to “SCALE” on its own. The system will be able have PayPal accounts registration or another form of receiving payment for promoters. The promoters will be able to receive updates for events via email and text from the administrator. The promoters will be able to signup clients via full name, email and cell # for booking of different venues. javbro Part 2 The administrator will be able to view the activity of contractors & clients. All contact info will be banked in a database. It will be clean and user friendly as possible. Contractors should be able to control site with mostly touch options. We can start by building 1 app/mobile website for me and this will be the sample of what I want everyone to have and see. I just need to be able to track everyone into 1 Administator backend.
