Order management system

Firstly I need this project cheap as we’re on a super tight budget. There’s plenty of work down the line for you to continue with this project etc.

So, we need a simple ordering platform created. As described:

1 - Staff member adds the client to the system

2 - Staff member adds the product they’ve ordered to the clients account.

3 - If a print job, client gets the email order confirmation and another email asking them to upload the artwork to the website for the pre-press team to approve.

4 - Staff then get a email saying that the client has uploaded artwork for approval.

5 - Staff Login to the panel, view the order and are able to download the artwork they’ve provided, accept or deny it.

When the client gets the email to upload the artwork; they go to a pre-designed upload screen which they click a upload box and sends it to staff.

If they’ve denied the artwork; the staff member must put a reason why; which then gets emailed back to the customer.

If the artwork has been approved; the customer gets a email saying it’s been approved and the order status gets updated.

Once the order is printed; and ready for shipping/collect. The staff member logs on; if the customer has asked to collect they select a COLLECT option which sends the customer another email saying the order is ready to be collected at the shop.

If the customer wants it delivered; the staff member types in the courier it’s being shipped via, the tracking code and estimated dispatch and delivery date.

At any point the the customer can add notes onto the order which gets emailed to the staff team and same with staff leaving notes but no email gets sent.

If you have any questions feel free to ask. I know it’s a big ask but I’d like to try and keep it around £60 or less for the initial setup but there will be plenttty more work to add onto the portal soon.
