NYC style spray paint artist for event

I’m looking for an artist that can do miniature city skyline, aerial, or aeronautical/astronomical murals with spray paint (or similar). I’m specifically after the speed painting style seen on the streets of New York City.
This artist would be an entertainment for a 4-hr long corporate function being held in Mascot, NSW.
Parking/Dinner would be provided, as well as assistance to set up/take-down.
Preferred artist would be professional in conduct and be able to propose an event contract.
I would please need all materials included in quotes. Minimum x100 give away pieces of either small canvases or poster cards.
