Additionally, we need to set a penalty cost for failing to merge in both situations (interacting w/ same breed interacting w/ different) Pic #3: Need to move part under 'to mutate' up to the 'to merge' part for when the merger is successful. What is the bonus they receive to profit or growth rate? Remaining notes/things to track are notated at the bottom
