Need my website improved

I have built a website using wordpress, www.GeekStrong.org. It is basically a blog for technology, science, news, simple recipes and forums. I think the design and colors are ok. I just need it cleaned up a little. Here is what i'm looking for. -Any minor design improvements that will make the site more visually appealing and easy to navigate. -Forums: install or write an easy to use forum system that fits seamlessly into the rest of the site. No issue if its just using a free plugin or if there is a better alternative. -Ideas for revenue: Right now I have Google adsense for revenue generation. Need some suggestions for better options or ways to better incorporate adsense into the website. -Marketing ideas and implementation: SEO/advertising, whatever ways you can drive users to the website. -Content generation: Other ways to get content, maybe some way for users to submit DIY projects and instructions in the DIY section. Any other ideas for content generation besides just writing articles. -Any other creative ideas for the website that will help build traffic and revenue. Please submit your thoughts and ideas for the above, along with how you will implement them. Thanks!
