I need some Graphic Design for site

Any graphic designer here who can work for two images research on internet suits my vision or message I want to communicate.

I will select the best designer based on portfolio who previously have designed graphics or done images editing work for software company websites, images or graphic designing work for websites of any IT products, etc

My final budget is INR (Indian Rupeer) - Rs 300 for 2 images editing, or Rs 500/- for graphic designing (2 pcs)
