I neeed a draftman who can draw floor plans for two story single family house. I am renovating an existing house with 3 bedrooms and one bath on the second floor and one bath on the first floor. i want to have two baths on second floor, The first floor is 36 x 36 ft and second floor is 24 x 36ft. Need a floor plan with open concept. Also, stair case is not up to the code which need update. We need to maintain an existing two story deck which runs 36 x 14 ft and second side 36 x 8 ft as L-Shap
