Make 10 page PSD report print ready

I have created a 10 page pest control report in Photoshop, and the printers have come back with the following issue with my artwork files: I have retrieved the sample of the print and yes I would agree that the print is not sharp. However when I try to edit the file you send us (attached) I can not select any of the text. This would indicate the file has been saved as a raster file not a vector file (scan not original text). That would explain the burry text quality. Do you have the original file somewhere? If you don’t and you want a better quality your designers would have to remake the whole page." So we're looking to make these print ready. The only issue was with the fonts, and I believe these need to be converted to outline 2. Final product should be in correct page number sequence 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 Unfortunately, this is quite an urgent job. Happy to answer any questions
