Looking Good Freelancers For Web, Android, iOS & Designers

Hi I am Android developer/designer myself and have a team of fee developers in various tech stack including React.js, Node etc. I have looked into the website and wanted yo know how much work is there. Do we have to work on the mobile application or in the website too? Do you surely want to go for hybrid app development or open for discussion on the same. What about the API for the app. Since the website is running, I am considering they are already created and tested. Will like to discuss the timeline and the budget too.
