Hello , We are a creative agency and consultancy above 15 years today we believe that location based work not important anymore. We deside to create a mobile multinational design team. So now we are looking for a junior dedicated graphic designer to work on our designing projects and to have the ability to use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Web Design. we will be paying a fixed rate per month (as a salary) and the designer will handle the jobs that we send him/her. -Accurate with deadlines. -Professional Attitude and communication. -Creative for sure. Job Description: Your responsibilities: - Review business requirements working with other team members - Perform a technical analysis of requirements - Produce a solid, detailed technical design using golden ratio - Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision - Work with the QA and Customer Support teams to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround - Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use - Create Social media posts designs and posts(Facebook,Instagram,Twitter,Pinterest) Your qualifications: - A work style that is extremely detail oriented - Strong communication skills - A complete online profile to review - References or an established reputation Advantages - Past experinces - Turkish or Live in Turkey - Dribble or Behance account Info: Our company only works weekdays +GMT2 so work hours will be 8:30 to 18:00 weekdays so our expectation to deliver the work inside these hours. As it is homebased Job,Junior position our sallary expectation is not high. Sellection will be done according Price+Performance Ratio.
