Hello.. I suggest that you import this sheet into a database, and then you can create dynamic page to display data of each city. We can create a listing page, and when a city is clicked, a page similar to the link you have given below, will be opened for that city. The details page will have all information for that city. Similar layout will be followed for all of the pages. Let me know if we can discuss and move forward on this.

However I would like to see the spreadsheet data that you have and what information do you want to display on the landing page. Based on the information you need I can confirm you about the diplay. Do you want to fetch data from other sites as well because when you fetch data from other sites, you need to get their API . If you have API I can get the data display but we have to check that the site provides their API or not. What platform do you prefer to develop the landing page.
