Help - Design, Development and Project Manage - New web site for a micro-controller software development tool

We produce a development tool for embedded systems. The tool is mainly free but there is an option to buy a more powerful version at a low cost. We have a web site that needs replacing and an opportunity to be much better! The replacement will include user information for different levels of users. Documentation/wiki. Payment facility. Blog. The existing asp.net site is written with a slightly customized version of blogengine 1.6. The documentation section is currently composed of dynamically loaded html pages. The current site is very poor. The replacement needs to be well structured, flexible and make better use of up to date responsive technology. In addition to being SEO friendly the replacement needs to be extended easily must also be designed with different levels of technical users in mind. There is also a requirement to create micro-controller code examples and articles for blogs. Assistance publishing blogs and onto social media is also required. The web site also has a yabb forum. Managing sales and licence activation is currently handled via a different site but it would be a future consideration to integrate into the new site. With the forum and licence manager in mind it makes sense to plan for users to be able to register and use the forum, manage licence/activation keys or in some cases publish blogs. Therefore this initial project is to find someone who can be a center or competence, guide, assist, maybe manage freelancers and/or code. Some with experience and a good understanding of what we are trying to achieve.
