Help Design a Creative Website (Using Pre-Existing Templates/Assets is Acceptable)

We have a creative educational website that requires an update with a better UI/color scheme. I am already working on this site using a nice template (you will know the template when you read the attached project file). We need some assistance from a designer/artist who has a good sense of layout and is comfortable with response design and can make necessary CSS updates as needed. Expertise with backbone Please see the attachment for examples of what we are going for with our design. We can also send a list of current templates (ThemeForest, etc.) that we can provide to help with this project, but our current template should be usable enough for these changes. We are fine with a 1 page landing page design or a multi-page solution (there will be 5 pages of content that can either be separated or placed on the same page). This should be a quick project if we use our current pre-packaged template (or a different template that you suggest), but we need a designer's eye to create something unique based on these templates and help us with content layout. You are also welcome to develop or propose your own design/layout, but quality must be equal to or better than the examples we provide. We are looking for a high-end solution that incorporates video backgrounds--again, you will see this in the examples we provide, including our current site. Responsive HTML or WordPress is fine, but solution MUST be mobile friendly for all devices (tablet, phone, etc.). Solution must be creative, colorful, and inviting to the user. Again, you will work with us to design an end product, helping with: Color choices Video choices Layout choices Navigation choices We will purchase all assets required for this project, including any images, videos, new templates, audio files, etc. You simply need to be a creative designer who is willing to help create an innovative web presence for our company.
