Basically all the codes are mostly copied bro and most web developers tend to work on the frame work previously built or the themes on sale comes into effect like bootstrap themes, wordpress themes and all. Most themes are sold and so you can see many similar website but with different content. If you have bought and used a licensed theme there is no big deal wether its copied or not besides most codes are similar only the difference is in variables, ids, divs, dbnames and so on. good luck!
