Graphic designer for app pages (hand drawn graphics)

We are looking for a fantastic graphic designer who has experience designing the graphics and layouts for mobile app pages, specifically able to do hand drawn, minimalist looking, graphics. We have a developed demo of our App with some graphic design completed, but want a consistent style and design throughout.
What does the role involves:
-Reviewing current branding and finalising
-Creating style guide and branding guidelines
-Individually design 20-25 mobile app pages
Skills or qualifications
-Have examples of branding and apps you have designed
-Able to do hand drawn graphics- and have examples to show
-start asap
