Reconfig is a funded startup based in Oslo, Norway, with an existing prototype of an organizational optimization tool. We have our first pilot customer, a fortune 500 company, ready to run the first project with us, but we suddenly find ourselves without a development team. There are four planned components of the tool: 1: End-user dashboard for creating and monitoring surveys 2: Monitoring dashboard for optimizations run on completed surveys 3: Visualization module for end users to explore their own organization. There are two planned visualization code bases written by us that we want to adapt for Reconfig 4: User management for Reconfig employees For a better understanding of the business value of the solution, see this blog post: [login to view URL] This tool needs to be a multitennant cloud solution in production built to enterprise production standards with continuous integration and automated code verification.
