Design Logo and Banner for Artisanal Pasta restaurant

Hello,
I need to have a logo and a 80x50cm banner design for physical use and Social Media.
The logo will be for a restaurant that specializes in ITALIAN ARTISANAL PASTA
Requirements of the logo:
- The wording "Al Dente" must be present as it's the name of the brand
- The wording "Pasta Fresca Artesanal" is the slogan and I'd like to see examples with and without it.
- Colours must be modern and fresh, they must invite people to come and eat food. Preferably red, yellow and orange, but we're open for suggestions.
- The logo must be as clean and modern as possible with very small references to italian traditions. This is not regular pasta, it's artisanal pasta.
- Please DO ***NOT*** use typical italian stereotypes such as chefs with mustaches, this is not a funny place, nor joyful, nor regular italian place
I'm attaching the logo the client used for a quick presentation, but they are looking for something much more professional.
Examples:
This are some examples of logos the client likes and an explanation why they like them:
1. [login to view URL] - They like that logo because it shows a modern typography, subtle graphics and it's easy to understand.

5. [login to view URL] - They love how inviting it is and the vitality.

Also, this is NOT a current requirement, but in the future, they plan to use the logo on packages like these ones:

Again, that is not a current requirement, this will be another project for the future, but just keep it in mind.
So, to sum up, we will need two things:
1. Logo
2. Banner 80x50cm for social media and a stand where they will showcase their product
