The client is in a need of a simple marketing website for it’s product. The product lives within the real estate industry and its target audience is primary home sellers, and secondary real estate agents. The main site should consist of two main sections / pages. Each page will be composed of the modern single page scrolling content. There is also a third component that will guide the user to answer a set of questions, more details in the brief. The site will have a simple navigation menu on top to allow the user to switch over the “Agent” section (described below). The entire site has to be responsive to present well on mobile devices. I am NOT a big fan of WordPress, so if this can be built out without it I would prefer it. No worries about admin panel for content editing, we can edit manually within HTML later if needed. Attached is detailed brief of all of the components as well as some drawings of the flow. Please let me know if you have any questions.
