This solution has two types of the users seeker and investor where users can register themselves for both the options seeker and investors. Both the users have similar type of the dashboard but some of the extra features which they can use for accessing the website. Although, I would like to share with you some of the concern related to the website which I have after reviewing your document so that we can finalise the scope of work. 1. What is the target audience for the website and can you please share with the category as it seems that you are also implementing for the property itself? 2. Related to the payment how will seeker get the payment? Will it be managed by admin over the website itself or transaction will be managed manually? 3. How investor will get the return and investment money from the project? Will it be managed by the admin itself so that they can transfer the amount to the investor on yearly or monthly basis? 4. Will website provide any kind of the escrow system for the seeker user or they will get the payment into their account directly but we need to link with the website? 5.
