I need a graphic designer to help me create posts offering my services on Instagram and Facebook. I want to create a simple and elegant posts mentioning the packages that I offer. I want to create a post per package I offer, for a total of four images. My business is called Viva Home Maintenance and I focus on repairing and maintaining properties in Miami, Florida. I also focus on house sitting and repairing any electrical, plumbing or any issue that the property has. The Services/ packages I offer are: 1. Vacation Property Package: Enjoy Miami without a care in the world! We offer an inspection, making sure everything runs smoothly. This package also includes vacation rental cleaning and guarantying the apartment is in perfect condition when guests arrive. 2. Travel Package: Avoid travel anxiety… we got you covered. This package includes home sitting, water plants, pet feeding, cleaning apartment and performing general maintenance duties and making sure everything runs smoothly. You decide how many times we visit your property. 3. Repair and Maintenance: Need a repair? We can help with that. This package includes the repair and maintenance of any problem your property has. We can find quotes for different jobs and we supervise the work performed. - Coordinate and supervise routine maintenance work and inspections. - Planning and implementing, evaluates and directs the maintenance department, and repair work including electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, air conditioning. 4. Car Maintenance: From home to anything that belongs to you, we offer car packages, whether it is service, oil change, car wash, details, etc.
