Create Chrome Browser Extension

I am looking for someone to create a Chrome Plugin that helps add a new layer of content discovery to Facebook. Step 1: User installs plugin Step 2: User is prompted to create an account by logging into Facebook. App asks for permissions for public info, languages and likes Step 3: When user is browsing Facebook the user will see additional content placements powered by the app such as these samples: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (Edit: Instead of using a "sponsored" tag we will be using a different symbol) Back-End Panel: A back end panel will be needed that has basic reporting and allows us to add the content in Facebook format. The types of ad styles are: In the center column: -General Updates (Page image, Page Title/Link, and Update Text) -Picture (Page image, Page Title/Link, Update Text and Picture) -Link (Page image, Page Title/Link, Update text, Picture, Link and page Excerpt) -Video (Page Image, Page Title/Link, Update Text, Video) -App install (Page Image, Page Title/Link, Picture, Text and "Download Link" button) -Like Page (Page Image, Page Title/Link, Picture, Text and "Like Page Button") In the right hand column: -Trending Story (Story title/link, short text) -Recommended Games (Game picture with link) Stats should show: -Number of installs/accounts -Demographics by age, gender, languages and geo-location -Searchable for how many people like page "x" Content posts should be able to target by: -Age range -Gender -geo -Language -Likes Or "all users" Content should track how many actions are taken (clicks/likes/downloads) and be able to be capped (i.e. stop at 1000 clicks). Content should track conversion rate (how many users saw this and what % clicked on it).
