Business Card Background To Be Created

I am in the process of designing a business card.
I have already designed the front side of the business card, I just need the reverse side of the business card designed.
I will provide you will my logo and the concept design of how i would like the background to look.
You will need to create it for me.
It basically is a midnight and cream coloured striped background that has my company logo overlaid in the middle of it.
You will need to deliver the image to me in standard business card dimension and in the following file formats eps, ai, jpg &pdf file.
It's a very simple job. Will take no time at all to complete if you know what your doing.
