Banner Design (HTML5 Animated Banner)

Furthermore, a designer that is highly accessible and has quick turn around times. - I want a designer that DOES NOT RUSH projects, but rather, takes the proper time to think about creative ad ideas - ads that capture attention, are focused on the core ad objectives and messages, and overall a designer who invests themselves in ad ideas. - An individual that can read a storyboard/brief and design HTML5 banners. If interested, I ask you to comment on EACH of the 4 bullet points above, and that you provide an HTML5 Ad example(s). Lastly, in your proposal, be sure to provide your estimate for the cost to build the following: 1 HTML5 Ad (2560x1886 pixels) - A storyboard (and assets) will be provided for you to follow frame by frame. Keep in mind that AFFORDABILITY is a MAJOR decision factor as we prospect potential designers. A great mix of speed, smarts, cost, and communication will ultimately form our decision.
