Communicating scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to clients. Work with our creative director and visual designers to incorporate the visuals into features. We work in creatives; therefore, you must be tough and not emotional as we provide very honest feedback. 11. Filipino preferred. Job Requirement: 1. Strong front-end development skills: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (jQuery) 2. Strong experience with WordPress (custom theme, shortcode, function, etc) 3. Experience with CSS pre-processors 4. Strong experience with front-end frameworks: Twitter Bootstrap, Foundation, etc 5. Some experience with PHP 6. Familiar and experience with latest web design trends: responsive, parallax, jQuery / CSS animation, etc. 7. Strong experience with Adobe Suite skills: Photoshop and Illustrator, Sketch, InVision 8. Work collaboratively with a team 9. Some experience with cross-browser, platform, and device manual/automation testing Job Description: 1. Construct user experiences and information architecture flows to meet business/client needs, with an emphasis on clarity and usability, using human-centered design principles and iterative design techniques/tools. 2. Create visual designs, icons and rich interfaces that adhere to and extend the defined wireframes and specifications. 3. Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale, both verbally and visually to clients and across the internal team; collaborate to understand business requirements and develop or work with team members to develop solutions. 4. Translate discussions into leading app designs and experiences. 5. Managing time to ensure tasks are executed on time and at a high standard, proactively obtain feedback and information to drive decisions and assist in estimating resource needs and schedules. 6. Testing project outputs with developers. 7. Evangelizing new interface guidelines and design patterns. 8. Thriving in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment. Due to the interactive nature of our work, we will only accept candidates willing to work with your screen shared (no web cam needed, but WORKING microphone is definitely an essential) at all time (so we can monitor and adjust the work), hence the need for a fast, reliable Internet.
