Wedding Invitation Set(s) - I design my own invitatations, however, I need additional points of view for my wedding invitation business

Hi! I am planning to turn my hobby of designing wedding invitations into a small online business (near future). I love Photoshop and Illustrator and coming up with my own ideas and design, however, my point of view only reaches so far. I would like to find a candidate or two or five, to design a unique wedding invitation set (or more). By set, I mean, a main invitation, rsvp card and two enclosure cards. There are specific specs that I can share if you are interested in this project. There are also some specific business specs to be taken into consideration- namely that each invitation is hand embellished; I mention this because it has to be considered during the design process. I have some sets completed and I am working on about 7 others right now but in order to have a nice inventory once I am ready to to open my online store, I think I need some external assistance and other points of view. I am open to hearing your rate at a project, per set, level (not hourly). I am also interested in ongoing partnerships for additional designs. Please note that if you are hired for the project, a contract to sign over copyrights of your work will be required since the resulting artwork will be for resale and will be exclusive to my brand. I am more than willing to profile the designer on my website for exposure. Please respond to this ad with a link to a portfolio of your print work. I do not necessarily need to see invitations, I need to see your point of view in terms of printable graphic design (to see that it is different from mine which is what I need). I can also supply a link to some comps of my work as well. Timeline: from date of hire, I would like final artwork in 4-6 weeks with comps of progress along the way for comments.
