Marquee Hire UK Brokerage Website

Hello. I am looking to have a marquee hire website built. I am looking to be a broker for all of the different marquee hire companies. When people log onto the website, they will put their postcode in, and then be able to select the marquee they require from the companies that deliver to that postcode, along with extras such as chairs, tables, lighting etc, and book online. The site must be fully seo setup, so that it starts to rank straight away. I require the site to look a very high standard, showing off photos. I want an area to the site where people can upload their pics of the marquee they have booked and leave comments. Two days after the event has taken place, I would like the site to automatically email the customer asking to leave a review I require a facebook page setting up for the site of high quality. All logos etc need to be created There must be a news section to the site. People must be able to checkout via paypal The site must work off postcodes etc. I need to be able to put the postcode different companies are in, and then select a radius of distance that they cover. This site must be completed to a high standard. Once completed I will require a further 3 of these sites with different products over the next year, so I must own the html code to the site.
