Building a HTML5 website (also should be optimized for mobile viewing) with PHP, MySQL & Jquery etc. It will be a local business directory listing website. The functionality (but not limited to) we would list as we select the coder. Design and finalize the whole flowchart of the web design (can use Skype or any other video conferencing to discuss it in further). A user list business (login/register locally or through google/other account) Business owner can later edit the listing email & phone verification of the business Separate moderator/admin login for the listing editing and manual verification Whole project, code, database, flowchart (and all minute details) should be documented Project can be awarded as set as fixed price or hire per hour basis.
