Build a Website

The project simply requires developer to make 6 php pages requiring simple javascript and ajax functionality. Description of information about attached files is as below- (a) Flow Description [login to view URL] -> The pages contains information about various pages and text present on the pages. The content highlighted in blue has already been attended. (b) Starting templates of each of the php files have been created. The relevant php and html coding needs to be plugged between tags <center> </center>. For example, [login to view URL] would require content to be after line 61. (c) ResDe Doc [login to view URL] -> Reference document is useful to see what is required and how. All the text, flow etc is detailed in Flow Description document. (d) ResDe [login to view URL] -> Source Data as and when required in Flow Description [login to view URL] (sql queries). Time primarily will be required for the Questionnaire page, other than that its plain jane. Its more along lines of a training game 'The Rainmaker'. Please see the demo video at [login to view URL] and you can also play it a couple of times using login credentials and test [post login, navigate from top-menu Games -> Finance -> The Rainmaker] For the selected developer, access to Staging site and Database would be provided via sftp and webmin respectively.
