Overview: The site will essentially be a reverse “jobs board” where candidates can advertise a short profile of their professional experience and where clients can view candidate profiles and create a shortlist of candidates who match their specific job requirement. The site will be geared to a very specific type of individual i.e. “commodities-focused”. Visitors to the site can see the summary profile of the candidates but cannot click into their profiles to read the full description until they are registered and logged in. Only once the visitor registers will they be able to see all of the candidate’s details.
