SVG outline drawings

I'm designing explainer "white board" videos. I have attached an example of previous work completed to help give a better idea what we need. Also, an example can be seen here: [login to view URL] We do not want the same characters that are already used in the video. The characters need to be new and original work from the winning artist. Once they work has been paid for, we will retain full rights to the work. I would like to hire an illustrator to design multiple characters in different poses and showing various emotions. This is a trial to find an artist that can return work that meets our needs in a timely manner, and has a style that fits our needs. The work for this project will be ongoing as we develop new videos, new characters will be needed. For the initial trial project we require simple marker outline drawings in a SVG format of the following: Woman: - 30's, professional - Emotions: Frustrated, Happy, Sad, He has an idea, Curious, Angry, Excited - Total drawings for this character is seven Puppy: Non-breed specific, could be anyone's dog - Puppy's Emotions: Sad, Scared, Happy, Embarrassed, Squatting to pee, excited, loving - Total drawings for this character is six Me: - I will supply a picture of myself for the artist to recreate a drawing of me to use in these videos - Emotions: Happy, interested, teaching, talking on the phone, kneeling down (as if to pet the puppy) - Total drawings for this character is five Please watch the video found in the link above to get a better idea about the style of work that we need.
