2 Graphic Designer / Web Designer positions (part time, in house) CALIFORNIA

** IF YOU ARE NOT IN LOS ANGELES AREA PLEASE DONT BID ** ** THIS JOB REQUIRES PHYSICAL PRESENCE IN OUR OFFICE ** We have two open positions for professional graphic designers and web designers. We are a software company (located at Sherman Oaks, CA) that offers web-based solutions for various other businesses, ranging from e-commerce platforms to online coursewares. We are well funded and already profitable. We are looking for creative graphic designers with and without HTML / CSS coding skills. Candidates should demonstrate high proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, must be competent and comfortable designing media for web, social, and email marketing platforms. Daily tasks include logo design and implementation, banner design, HTML email markup, theme design (PSD and/or HTML) and general CSS implementations. Please note that this is a part time, IN HOUSE position, a contract is required. No freelancers, no work from home. Must attend meetings with the team and clients. Computer will be provided. Possibility for full time position after 3 months. Deciding factors for both positions: * Coming up with genuine design ideas and adhering to copyright standards is a must. * Relevant history of design for websites that use new web technologies. * Solid Photoshop / Illustrator skills. * Wordpress, Joomla, Prestashop, openCart, magento, eBay theme creation skills (either PSD design only or design and code) * Familiarity with web standards and developing designs for multiple browsers and platforms. * Excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work well within a team * Ability to give and receive critical, constructive feedback * Self-managed, motivated and independent while maintaining ability to work with others. * Self-directed, with proven ability to manage goals and deadlines effectively Compensation: Depends on Experience (DOE).
