12 Banner Graphics

I am working on an interactive calendar/training module for a "120 Day Performance Management Challenge" and "6 Month Internet Mastery Blueprint". The calendar will be similar in layout as the following website: [login to view URL] Each monthly tab will represent a phase in the Challenge/Blueprint. What I need is 12 banners (800 x 600px) 6 for each module (6 for the 120 Day Challenge and 6 for the Internet Blueprint) Each image will support the theme of a phase (i.e/ Planning Phase, Executing Phase, Monitoring Phase, etc) there will be text on the right half of the image. I will provide a spreadsheet with the names of the phases and the text that needs to go along with each. Please provide samples of Banners you have created. The titles and text I'd like to see on the images are in the Excel spreadsheet.
