This Project a Bayfront 33 acre Development 20 acres which is zoned in Cameron County Texas and 11 acres zoned in South Padre Island, Texas, these two tracts of land are exactly right next to each other. Some of the acres are wetlands with some environmental challenges such as tidal influence, Bird nesting, etc. However the Project will have a great economic influence that is wanted and needed for Cameron County/South Padre Island area business owners, Hotels, Restaurants, private condo rentals, as well it will provide a Very Very much need for Public Parking, Truck and Boat trailer parking, and Marina and Boat Ramps and boat docks. This is a Masterplan Project that will solve many of the publics and business owners demands such as 1. access to bayside marina, Boat ramps, Boat truck/trailer parking, boat docks, local public parking
2. Barefoot Project will have 2000 ft. of Boardwalks, with shopping, restaurant's, tourist event booking center, Floating Water Park, outside events venue for up to 30,000 people that will bring year round events to help the local economy and provide 250-300/plus jobs year round when in full operations. Barefoot Park LLC is currently negotiating with Engineers and environmental company's to get permits to build the best environmental safe and Eco-friendly architectural design, I would like to see if there are any grants for this kind of Project
